Booking Your Stay

You can make a reservation by phone, email or by post.  We require a deposit of £10 per night for the first three nights only.  Deposits are non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled in writing at least 14 days prior to the comencement of the stay.  For more information please read our terms and conditions.

 

During the peak season we operate a two night minimum stay at weekends for advance bookings, and a three night minimum for bank holidays.

Arriving at Thornton's Holt

Reception is open to book in new arrivals from 1.00pm until 8.00pm 1st April until 31st October and until 6.00pm 1st November until 31st March.

 

Pitches are available from 1.00pm on the day of your arrival until 12.00 on the day of your departure.

 

PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 1.00pm.  We have limited parking for early arrivals. 

 

If you wish to arrive late you will need let us know before hand.  Sorry, no arrivals past 10.00pm to avoid disturbance to other guests.



Bus Service

The Cotgrave Connection bus from Nottingham stops close to the site.  At peak time the bus goes every 20 minutes.
